Get Smart.

Just saw Get Smart today and I must say, through out all of the waiting I have done for this film, it was worth it. It was funny and exciting, just like everything else Steve Carell does, and Anne Hathaway looked pretty good too I must say, but not a big fan of her though, hahaha! In the end I give it a 9/10. Now, all I am waiting for is Wanted and.....Batman Dark Knight!!! So pumped for that.

Sony Ericsson W580i.

Finally upgraded to a new cell phone with my Mom and I. Went down to the AT&T store on Capitol and got ourselves another Sony Ericsson, this time a W580i slide up. After my first W600i, I am now all about Sony Ericsson's, definitely great quality phones, fun to use and filled with many goodies inside as you explore. Most of the things featured from my old phone to the new one is that it is equipped with a better 2.0 Megapixel camera rather than the 1.3., and a memory expansion unit, so now I am able to put twice the pictures and songs. And this all happened thanks to my pal Kenny, gave me the idea at Richard's bbq which is another blog story (once I get my new computer in ship shape). I believe this is Kenny's and I 2nd Ericsson. Next time I'm going James Bond status, just like my original plan, if only I had the cash.

Speed Racer.

Finally watched Speed Racer with my Mom, it was last minute late night so it was us and another group of family that was watching it. I must say that it was pretty good, even though a lot of it was c.g.i, it was exciting stuff. The story in general was good, life of a race car driver and the interest of racing was something that made it good to watch. And I might add that Bi (Rain) did a good job, and he was in the movie more than I expected and was pretty much the main character, so I was happy to see that, finally...a Korean celebrity on an American screen. Overall, I give it 7.5/10. What really killed it was that damn kid who plays Speed's little brother, Spritle, was plain annoying and stupid.

Ohhh Yea!

So after seeing my favorite driver, Manabu Orido, drink Asahi beer, also Nobuteru Taniguchi, I just felt like trying it. I've tried a domestic and imported beer from Korea and Germany, and I must say, out of all of those, Asahi was just 2 thumbs up. Even my Mom said it smells more high quality then beers like piss water (Budweizer), haha. But it definitely has a good amount of carbonation and barely flavor, smooth to. ASAHI! Kampai!!! (Japanese) Gumbei!!! (Korean).

Manabu Orido x Porsche.

Manabu Orido (best race car driver in the world I must say) joins the Porsche Sport Driving School/ Martini Racing in Japan, which is the second largest Porsche Driving school next to their homeland Germany. Even though he is a Toyota works driver and has driven Porsches in the Super Taikyu series, the school teaches many things about Porsche and the best way to drive them. What a lucky guy, has a crazy daily driven Supra, Toyota driver, and drives Porsches on his day off, that is the life I would like to live, even for one day.

Anime...Fanime.

So it has been a long long LONG time since I watched anime, and I was a HUGE Dragon Ball fan, before it came on U.S. television, I'm talkin O.G. status here, haha. My main point is, I cannot believe I am actually going to finally attend Fanime in downtown tomorrow...or today since it is 1:45 a.m. right now. After the past 3 years my friends asked me to go, I always said it was too expensive and a geek show, I take that back. Who knows, it will probably be swell. I'm lookin out to see me a nice looking Chung Li, or Sakura, or a good group of Sailor Scouts, no what I'm sayin, hahaha!

From vroom vroom to BROOM BROOM!

Yesterday, Richard, Jeff, Chris and I installed my RS*R EXmag Downpipe finally! Started about 11 a.m. and then finished at about 5 p.m. The main difficulty was getting all those damn heat shields off, and since the TMIC (top mount intercooler) was in the way, it was difficult reaching some of the bolts and plus even after spraying some PB blaster, those damn things were torqued on tight. But in the end, once starting the car, it just sounds 3 times as loud, and you can just hear the turbo spool like crazy on every damn gear. I just cant help but going full throttle everywhere now, just straight up BROOOOOM SHHHHHH BROOOOOM. Now...time to get some damn wheels, or rear diffuser, or side skirts, or turbo timer, something.
